Telemor Residence Permit Card, v.IDK

Decided to redo the Telemor residence permit card, partly as a part of my continuous improving of various things and stuff. Also partly inspired by my residence card for Luxembourg.

Either way, this card is used for several different kinds of permits, but the heading is just changed as appropriate. For example, if, rather than a residence permit (atorite domișilor), you have indefinite permission to stay as a family member of a Telemor citizen, the card would be a residence certificate (atestasiõ domișilon), which instead implies that one has the right to stay rather than just permission. Similarly, asylees would have an asylum certificate (atestasiõ izaila), which also carries certain different rules.

Also, perhaps different from European countries (save Ireland), you do have to separately have permission to re-enter Telemor rather than just stay permission, though re-entry permission can be indicated on the back of the card.
